What’s Included

    • Initial website strategy and clarity session

    • Audience, goals, and use-case alignment

    • Site structure and information architecture planning

    • Custom website design or redesign

    • Page layout and content guidance

    • Responsive, accessibility-minded implementation

    NB: Client is responsible for the ongoing costs of hosting the website, including domain registration and Squarespace fees.

    • Up to four core pages (e.g. Home, About, Services, Contact), with basic SEO setup and content guidance.

    • Additional pages are scoped as needed based on organizational complexity.

    • Package includes contact forms and basic workflows

    • Tool integrations as needed, such as email, scheduling, etc. can be scoped at additional cost. This includes specialty integrations such as Sheltermanager or Act Blue.

    NB: Client is responsible for any additional costs associated with the integrated tools - these will be discussed prior to tool integration.

    • Pre-launch review and testing

    • 15 days post-launch website support

    • Training and documentation so you can manage updates confidently

    • Many clients continue with Web Management at $150/month after launch

  • Most website projects take 4–8 weeks, depending on scope, content readiness, and feedback turnaround. A more precise timeline is established once the project scope is confirmed.

  • Yes. I can migrate your content into a fresh Squarespace site or update your current design. For older or complicated sites, starting fresh usually gives better results. I can help move your domain and keep the transition smooth.

  • Yes. Many clients continue with ongoing website support after launch to keep their site up to date, functional, and aligned as their organization evolves. This is available as a separate monthly engagement.

  • Because this work is already scoped thoughtfully and priced to remain sustainable, I don’t offer blanket discounts. That said, I’m always happy to discuss scope and priorities to ensure the work fits your needs.

It works well for small businesses, artists, consultants, and nonprofits who want a quality website without the tech headaches.
