A Website that Works as Hard as You Do
Clean, fast, built to work. No filler, no mystery, no six-month timeline.
The problem
Your website was likely built in a rush. Or by a friend, a decade ago. Or by you, late at night, when you should have been sleeping. It kind of works, but it doesn't really represent what your business has become.
Maybe the services listed are outdated. Maybe the design looks like 2019. Maybe it loads slowly and you're not sure why. Maybe people visit but don't reach out, and you don't know what's going wrong.
Here's the thing: your website is the first impression for most of your clients. If it doesn't match the quality of your actual work, you're losing people before they ever talk to you.
How I Build Websites
I don't build websites in a vacuum. Every site I build starts with understanding how your business actually runs, what you offer, who you serve, and how clients find you.
That means the website and the operations are connected. If your service offering is unclear, we'll clarify it before we build. If your client journey has gaps, we'll find them. The website is the outward expression of your internal clarity. When the backend is solid, the frontend practically writes itself.
I build on Squarespace and Shopify, depending on what your business needs. Every site is mobile-first, fast-loading, and designed so you can update it yourself without calling me.
What’s Included
-
We dig into your business, your audience, and your goals before a single page gets designed. This is where the real work happens.
-
I help you figure out what to say and how to organize it. If you need copywriting support, we'll talk about that too.
-
No templates, no cookie-cutter layouts. Your site will look like YOUR business, not mine. (Unless you really, really like trees as much as I do)
-
Proper site structure, meta data, page speed, and search-friendly content. Ideas to increase your back-links. Not tricks, just solid fundamentals that help people find you.
-
Every site works beautifully on phones, tablets, and desktops. Over half your visitors are on mobile. The site should meet them there.
-
I walk you through everything so you can make updates, add products, and publish blog posts on your own. This is why I prefer working in Squarespace and Shopify - I can make myself unnecessary.
-
After we launch, I stick around to catch anything that needs adjusting.
If, after that, you would rather I continue maintaining your site, I offer web-only support contracts at $300/month
Pricing
Websites start at $2,500.
E-commerce sites start at $3,500.
Final pricing depends on the scope, including number of pages, e-commerce complexity, custom features, and whether you need content writing support. I'll give you a clear quote after our discovery call. No surprises.
Timeline is typically 4-6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Faster if you're responsive with feedback and content. Slower if the scope is large or the content needs building from scratch.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Squarespace for service-based businesses, Shopify for e-commerce. Both are solid, well-supported platforms you can manage yourself. I'll recommend the right one based on what your business needs.
-
Yes. Sometimes a full rebuild is the right call, sometimes it's a refresh. We'll look at what you have and decide together.
-
I will provide training and guidance on how to update the site, as well as 30 days of post-launch support. After that, I offer web-only support at $300/month if you would prefer.
-
Your time and your knowledge of your business. I'll guide the process, but you know your customers better than anyone. Plan for a few hours a week during the build, mostly giving feedback and providing content.
-
Lack of copy and brand assets isn’t a dealbreaker as long as you have a solid vision of where you would like the site to go. I can help with content strategy and basic copywriting. For photography, I'll point you toward affordable options or help you plan a DIY shoot that gets the job done.
-
Every site I build includes SEO fundamentals, meaning proper structure, fast loading, clean URLs, and search-friendly content, as well as suggestions for the ever-important back-links. If you need ongoing SEO work, we can talk about that as part of an operations partnership or I can refer you to a specialist.

My pricing reflects thoughtful scoping and sustainable rates. I'm happy to discuss scope and priorities to make sure the project fits your budget.
